Delete your Kobolytics account.
You own your data. If you want to leave Kobolytics, we will permanently delete your account and everything we hold about you — no forms, no friction.
This page explains exactly what gets deleted, how long it takes, and how to send the request.
What gets deleted
When we action your request, we permanently erase:
- Your profile — name, email, phone number
- Every linked bank account and Mono authorisation
- All transactions, balances, and categorisations we have stored
- Budgets, goals, and any insights derived from your data
- Device tokens, push subscriptions, and session records
This is irreversible. Once deletion runs, we cannot restore the account or any of its history.
What we may keep
A small set of records may be retained where the law requires it — for example, transaction logs needed for tax, audit, or anti-fraud obligations. Where we keep anything, it is kept only for as long as the obligation lasts, and it is not used for any other purpose.
How to request
Send us an email from the address you registered with. That is how we verify it is really you.
The button above opens your mail client with the request pre-filled. If it doesn't, write to info@zodostechnology.com with the subject "Account deletion request" and include:
- The email address on the account
- Your full name as it appears on the account
Timeline
We confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete deletion within 30 days, as required by the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR). You will receive a final email when the deletion is done.
Prefer to do it in the app?
You can also start the process from the mobile app: open Settings → Account → Delete account. The in-app flow submits the same request and is usually the fastest route.
